Quick answers

The questions schools ask first

Where is our data hosted?: In the region you choose for your deployment. Changing region is a deliberate, approved migration—never a silent move.
Who can see student records?: Only people whose role and relationship to the student require it. Safeguarding, health and staff records need specific roles to open.
Can your staff access our data?: Only when your school grants it, for a limited time, with every action recorded where your administrators can see it.
Is our data used to train AI models?: Not by default. School and student data isn't used to train general models without explicit authorisation.
Can we use our existing sign-in?: Yes. Single sign-on with your identity provider, plus passkeys and multi-factor sign-in for staff.
What happens to our data if we leave?: You can export it. Deletion then follows your retention schedule and leaves evidence that it happened.
